Optawise - Really?
A new SEO posted at Webmaster-Talk asking what we thought about an email he received after replying to a SEO job listing on Craigslist. Here is a png of that email.
Really? You really expect this guy to go out and create a blog, update it in your specific order, then create 3 new bookmarking accounts to bookmark the blog, then a Squidoo page like this one that links to their loans subdomain, a couple of free classified ads, forum account for a link sig, a couple of blog comment (make sure they aren’t using nofollow!) and finally a Yahoo! Business account, all with links pointing back to Optawise.
Really?
What about these subdomains we found linking back to their subdomain. Can you say hmmmmmmmmmmmm?? I thought you could.
Come on, if you are going to try to game the system and build a link farm to funnel PR to your website so that you can funnel it back out to clients, couldn’t you be just a little bit more discreet? Seriously, you’ve crossed the line from Black Hat SEO to just damned pathetic SEO..
I should thank them however, they did encourage me to re-open this site and start posting truly pathetic SEO companies again..
